We met through mutual friends while out in Louth, we have been together for 7 years now, engaged for 3 and a half years. We were meant to get married in September 2020 but had to postpone with covid, we did try for a Christmas wedding but that was cancelled fairly quickly as well which is when we decided to start our family.

Before this we are both very sporty, obviously Lewis is hugely into golf and plays a lot, but also plays tennis which is something we have done together. I also played netball alot.

Lewis proposed on Christmas morning 2018 as Christmas is my favourite day of the year. He had asked for my Dad’s permission which was very important to me as my Dad is a huge part of both of our lives. Lewis had bought me a set of golf clubs for Christmas and then after that my last present was a box of golf balls, when I opened that up he had written will you marry me? Round the edge of them with the ring in the middle, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. We were both just really happy and felt very surreal, afterwards we had already arranged to see both sides of the family with it being Christmas day which was nice so we had a very good day of celebrating with lots of Champagne 🙂

We wanted to capture the wedding on video so we can watch it back and relive it as it was rather than just memories. Its one day to get a video of and people that have had a videographer have said its the one thing they would recommend spending their money on.

We liked your videos the most and also love the fact you are local, we always try to shop local with everything we do.

The venue is my childhood home. Its very special to me as its been my family home my whole life. My parents also had a marquee here when they got married and my Grandma and Grandad got engaged in the field the marquee is going in so means a lot to me.

We would just love our guests to have a genuine happy day and really enjoy it. If everyone is happy we will be happy 🙂
