Introduction: Welcome to our blog, where we share the heartwarming story of Harvey & Katie’s recent Aswarby Rectory wedding. As a passionate wedding cinematographer I get to travel across the uk and abroad to capture stories about people in love. It is always refreshing to be back in our home county of Lincolnshire capturing the beauty of Aswarby Rectory. Join me as we dive into their journey, from their everyday lives to their proposal and their choice to capture their wedding on film.

Who Are Harvey & Katie? We both met whilst studying at University of Lincoln studying English. We both bonded over the fact we’re from South Wales and sang happy birthday in Welsh to our friend during their birthday party. We’ve now been together for 8 years, own a house together and have a cute Korean Jindo dog named Nova.

The Proposal: Harvey proposed in March 2021. He setup our living room with lights, polaroid pictures and roses and candles everywhere. As we couldn’t spend time with our families during this time, he included them all on a zoom call so they could watch the moment happen.

Why Capturing Their Wedding on Video? Initially we were hesitant about having a videographer but our families convinced us it would be good to have something to remember the day clearly and share with our children one day.

Why Us? Lincolnshire Videography has a gorgeous cinematic quality that instantly won us over and really impressed us.

Why Aswarby? Location-wise it means something to us because it’s in the county we met and studied in. Its intimate setting really won us over as we didn’t want a large-scale wedding.

Conclusion: Harvey & Katie’s Aswarby Rectory Wedding was a testament to their love story and unique personalities. Their deep connection and shared sentimental moments made their special day truly remarkable. As their wedding cinematographer, I am grateful to have been a part of capturing these cherished memories on film.
